I stayed here for a week and I was very happy with my stay . It is very conveniently located and the staff is very polite and nice . This hotel is no frills , rooms are clean and spacious its good value for the rates in that location One down side was that the hot water was not available many times , I am sure they will try to fix that one . In spite of this issue I had a good stay . I had extended the stay twice and they were very accommodating with this. Food was also quite nice , ordered room service a few times . There is an overall informal atmosphere and its old school in some ways which is nice too - staff was nice overall and One of the names I remember is that of Chiranjeeb who always had a smile when you see him . Overall it was very nice , ideal for single travel and couples , for work etc . I would stay again when travelong to chennai for work . ~ Mukund B

We recently stayed at Skyline Stays for 15 days. It is a very nice hotel— the food is very tasty, and the morning breakfast is also excellent. I stay here almost 1 month and this place have affordable price . MR Avinas the manager was very helpful and understanding. The place was clean and neat for long stay. The foods was varieties and healty . The security guard was very helpful. My father was using a wheelchair and have the accessibility using small lift but it can fit in. The location is really good. Almost within the heart of peringudi so that it's easier for commute and getting transportation available. Really love the fact that you have a western style stay available in peringudi. As some one who has been living in west I found the services close to how it's in North America. The room was inclusive of breakfast. To all those lazy heads, do not miss the breakfast. It really was great. They had different dishes everyday thus not making it a bit too boring or to have an urgency to order something in swiggy. The rooms were fairly big and it was quite enough for me and my partner as we were wfh during our stay. They had in room wifi. Which I felt was really great as you see all the places I have been, we've had bandwidth issues. So kudos for skylinn to do this. Overall, even if you are a couple or a family I highly suggest Skylinn stays and I'm happy cause of the fact that they are a franchise. Means I can certainly be on the lookout for them in other cities as well. ~ Adarsh P

This was the best hotel with great service. The view is amazing from the rooms as well as the food. We tried rice, dal fry, mixed veg, and their complimentary breakfast was healthy, fresh and delicious too. The rooms are tidy and clean and it provides all the amenities required to live comfortably. The service was top notch that the manager and another person from the hotel repaired the AC within minutes. We didn't have to face any issues. 100/100 recommended. Property is situated at the main place of OMR with easy access to public transport, restaurant and many office location. Hence easily located by cabs as well. Also they provide very tasty breakfast. They host us with very warm welcome, nice food , house keeping & other services. Even though there were certain challenges during rainy season like hot water, they hear our request and readily address that. So I highly recommend this for your vacation/ business trips. ~ siva s

So i went there for office tour. The hotel is so nice as it has newly opened and the charges are reasonable and the best part about this hotel is the staff which is working there. Their behaviour will make you so comfortable. They are very much helpful. if you have any issues they are gonna be there 24/7.
